so, we heard that you've made some mistakes, more mistakes than the average person. what you've done can't be undone this is the second chance they gave you, possibly your last. no matter what you did, it can't be undone. welcome to the correction center, chances are you're not here by choice. it's either this or something worse, but what's worse than being made to believe that you're a failure and that you can't fix anything yourself? you have two choices now, make things right; or make things worse. the urge is to make things right so you can go back to your life and get as far away from there, but those familiar temptations and influences drive you down the same path as before.
what we've heard may just be all talk, since that's usually the case around here. what? mommy and daddy a bit sick of you? however you got here, you're probably not leaving for a long time. you've made a lot of mistakes, disappointed a lot of people, and you know you're a failure. but the people here, not the staff, not the counselors, the other messed up kids. they're the reasons why you want to fix what you did. they may even be the first people who even cared about your existence. or you could be driven to self-destruction and destroy your life even more than you already have.
