She is so pretty...
Over-All Appearance: Jesse is tall by most standards, much taller then his twin, by six eight inches. He's muscular. Growing up with 4 other brothers sort of naturally did that to him.
His face is innocent but with a hint of mischief. He has bright blue eyes, like his sister, and the same messy dark brown almost black hair. He's got a boyish smile that he will someitmes use to his advantage if he's really into a girl.
He also has a single tatoo. It's similar to his sisters. He has a pair of wings on his shoulder wings with the date May 15th 2002 in between them.
Style: Jesse is a bit of geek when it comes to style. He really doesnt' care all that much about what his clothing looks like. He likes to be comfortable. He wears jeans, mainly with a shirt and a hoody sometimes he'll get dressed up but he got enough of the shirt and tie deal with his previous boarding school.

Personality Overview:
Jesse likes to have a lot of fun, like his sister. He likes to do crazy things. He'll do anything for an adrenalin rush. His brothers do nothing to help with this and do nothing but encourage it much to the dismay of their father.
He's a gentlemen by birth. His mother made sure that he was nothing but the perfect gentlemen and he has all those little lessons that she beat into him firmly in place. He's every mothers ideal of who they want their daughter to bring home, one day.
He's a atheltic-holic. He loves sports. He loves to get down and dirty. He loves to burn calories and do something that gets his blood pumping. It's Just something that he can't help but do. He loves going to all sports games and is always in the cheering section screaming at the top of his lungs.

Character Time-Line:
Jesse was the first of a set of twins born into a family of two at the time. He would be the second to last biological child of James and Aubrey Evans. His sister Rachel was born soon after.
Jesse grew up with his sister. He always was there for her and vise versa. They were there for each others firsts and they were there for everything that went wrong. They got into a lot of trouble growing up.
As Jesse got older though he spent a lot of time with his brothers, now totaling four as his parents adopted two more children, both older then him. Everything was going fine. Well unitl that summer.
His mother was diagonesed with cancer when he was eleven and then six months later, she died on May 15th. The death really hurt his sister who he tried his best to help but she was never the same no matter what he tried. Eventually their father interveened and that was the end of all that well at least to his knowledge. Later Jesse finally snapped Rachel out of the destructive phase and when things seemed stable enough he let his dad send him to a prep school in London where they had an excelent soccer team.
Now though Jesse is back though since he has missed his family more then anything at the moment.
