Over-All Appearance:
Chantal has shiny golden ice blonde hair that is shoulder-length. It used to be just below her chin but she outgrew the hairstyle. She loves to straighten her hair in order to complete her rebellious look. She has a button nose and full lips. She has dark gray eyes that is always beaming with pride and mischevious. She has a pixie shape face that people are constantly reminded of her as a mixture of Reese Witherspoon and Scarlett Johansson.
She stands at 5'6 ft and is bound to grow taller. She is currently growing curves at the right places and is proud of them.
Style: Chantal has different personalities that includes clothing a part of it. Unbeknown to her lovely parents, she likes to wear something crazy, neon and skategirl-ish. She loves to wear arm warmers, tights, shorts, dresses and etc.. If her one of her relatives comes over, she is forced to wear something suitable to "present" her royal family. She would have to wear designer clothes which she honestly doesn't mind wearing. But the fact that she couldn't run or do anything adventorous made her hate the formal code a tad bit.

Let's see.. Chantal has two different personalities just like her horoscope sign which is Gemini. One moment she's provoking you and the next is that she is apologising for her rudeness. This existed because of her tight and scheduled life at England.
The Arrogant, Rude, Provoking, Rebellious Side

She loves to skip class, provoke others and talk rudely. Pranking is also a part of this side. Chantal could be considered a sassy girl and is always up for a fight. You could see some of the scars on her arms which is usually covered with her adored arm-warmers. You can only see them when she's in her innocent mood. She is always seen jumping, running or arguing with a senior. She is also involved in a street dance crew. She is said to have a very arrogant aura around her when she's in the mood.

Character Time-Line:
May 28 1994: Chantal is borned. She appeared out of her mother's stomach as a beautiful little blonde baby. She is spoilt by the royalties.
June 19 1998: She begins to take interest in karate and dancing so she starts attending ballet class, martial arts and gymnastics to make her body flexible for dancing. Chantal follows after her mother who used to be a professional dancer before giving it up to marry her father.
October 5 1999: She goes to Japan and lives there along with her father because of some work had to be done at Japan. She begins to learn Japanese and visits South Korea occasionally.
January 7 2002: She starts getting into fights with the older kids because of her arrogant attitude. Chantal has been kidnapped because of something her family did to his family but she managed to somehow kick the person's ass before calling the police.
August 15 2006: Chantal transfers back to England after staying in Japan for 5 years. She is already fluent in Japanese and Korean. She is always the one translating those two Asian languages whenever her family was meeting anyone Japanese or Korean. She also starts to learn French because of her sister, Terisha.
September 24 2007: She visits her aunt in France and begins to take serious interest in fashion and hip-hop dancing. Her aunt is a famous fashion designer and this is where she met the Coles/Wards family.
October 28 2008: Chantal moves to America when she is involved in serious attitude problem and education. She transfers to APA and is ready for the fun ahead of her.
